We had an E400 MMC double decker that had been off the road repeatedly with an intermittent CAN line fault. Multiple garages had attempted repairs, new modules had been fitted and the bus kept coming back with the same problem. Aivars attended site, connected his equipment and within a couple of hours had traced the fault to a specific point in the CAN wiring that was causing intermittent dropout under vibration. The bus has been in service without issue since.

My Iveco Eurocargo horsebox had been causing me serious problems for over a year — breaking down at the worst possible times. Our Mercedes Actros MP4 cut out after 45 minutes of motorway driving and would restart after a short wait — no fault codes stored. Aivars used the oscilloscope to monitor injector waveforms under load and found one producing an intermittent signal causing the ECU to go into protection mode. Injector replaced, fault gone.

Our Iveco Daily minibus had an intermittent non-start that was completely unpredictable — fine for a week then three times in two days.
